This yoga session is perfect for you if you like to slowly your body’s over all strength and flexibility. This is a beginner’s class so expect the basic power poses like lounges, downdog, and some twist.
About the Instructor:

Things to prepare:
Yoga mat & towel to support the knees if low lounge is uncomfortable in the knee joint. This class is for beginner’s but since it’s from Kino Yoga expect a moderately intense to challenging yoga flow (it depends on you of course, we all have different thresholds).
